Doctor on Call
A licensed general practitioner at your door — assessment, diagnosis, prescription and follow-up on the spot.
First Response Home Health Care LLC OPC brings licensed doctors, nurses and lab services to your home, villa, hotel or workplace anywhere in Ras Al Khaimah. One call, a confirmed price, and a clinician on the way.
Clinical protocols and escalation pathways inherited from First Response Healthcare.
Eight services, all delivered at your address. If you are not sure which one you need, call and describe the situation — our coordinators will tell you.
A licensed general practitioner at your door — assessment, diagnosis, prescription and follow-up on the spot.
Qualified nurses on an hourly, 12-hour, 24-hour or live-in basis, working to a plan agreed with your physician.
Physician-reviewed hydration, energy, immunity and recovery infusions, monitored by a nurse from first drop to last.
A phlebotomist collects your samples at home; accredited lab results reach your phone, with a doctor to explain them.
Specialist dressing and review for surgical, diabetic, pressure and slow-healing wounds.
Routine, childhood, travel and seasonal vaccines administered at home, with cold-chain handling.
Talk to a doctor in minutes by video or phone when a visit is not necessary — advice, triage and prescriptions.
A full preventive check-up — bloods, vitals and a doctor review — without taking a day off work.
For chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, suspected stroke, severe allergic reactions or loss of consciousness, call 998 for an ambulance immediately. Home care is for conditions that do not need an emergency department.
A 24/7 promise means nothing if nobody picks up in the middle of the night. Someone always does.
Being unwell is undignified enough. We arrive on time, we explain what we are doing, and we treat your home as your home.
Protocols, documentation and escalation pathways inherited from our parent group, applied to every visit.
You know the cost before we dispatch. No consultation fees that appear afterwards, no charges you did not agree to.
First Response Home Health Care LLC OPC is a Ras Al Khaimah home healthcare provider and an offspring of First Response Healthcare, one of the UAE's most established at-home medical groups.
That means the standards you would expect in Dubai — clinical governance, documentation, referral pathways — applied to an emirate where getting to a clinic can take a very long time.
No app to download, no account to create. The whole process happens between your phone and your front door.
Describe the symptoms or the care you need. Our coordinator asks the clinical questions that matter and confirms your address.
We tell you what the visit costs and a realistic arrival window before anyone is dispatched. You decide, then we go.
A licensed clinician arrives with the equipment and medication for the job — assessment, treatment and prescription at your address.
You get your documentation, any results digitally, and a clear plan — including referral to a hospital if that is what you need.
From the corniche to the Jebel Jais road, from Al Marjan Island to Digdaga. If your community is not listed, call us and we will confirm.
Not just houses — we also visit
It depends on where you are in the emirate and how busy the roster is at that moment. When you call, we give you a realistic arrival window before we dispatch — and we call you if anything changes. Central RAK is usually quicker than the outlying areas.
The price depends on the service, the time of day and what the visit involves. We confirm the full cost with you on the phone before a clinician is dispatched. You will never be surprised by a charge at the door.
Insurance coverage for home healthcare varies considerably between providers and policies. Tell our team who you are insured with when you call and we will explain what is covered, what is direct-billed and what you would pay yourself.
Yes. Hotel rooms, serviced apartments, offices, labour accommodation and event venues are all fine. Give the address and any access instructions when you book and we will coordinate with reception or security.
Yes. Our doctors can prescribe during the visit where it is clinically appropriate, and will advise you on how to obtain the medication. For some controlled medications, regulations require a different pathway — the doctor will explain if that applies.
Your Emirates ID, a list of any medication you currently take, your insurance card if you have one, and any recent test results or discharge summaries. If you have a specific access instruction — a gate code, a building entrance — mention it when you book.
Yes. Home nursing and wound care are commonly booked as ongoing packages — daily, several times a week, or live-in. We build a care plan with you and keep the same team on your case wherever possible.
No. For chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, suspected stroke, severe allergic reactions or loss of consciousness, call 998 for an ambulance immediately. Home care is for conditions that do not need an emergency department.
Describe the situation to a coordinator. If home care is not the right answer, we will tell you that too — and point you where you should go instead.
